I read in a book somewhere - I can't remember which one exactly - that you can build a great and passionate team but you can never expect them to be clones of yourself.
Your team will never be as passionate and hard working as you are. When you set out as a founder, you are willing to die to build what you envision. The team may buy into that vision but they won't buy into it as much as the founder does.
This is a key part in building out a team: find people who are uber passionate about what you're building and hold them accountable but don't forget to hold yourself accountable to the vision that you ultimately created from the outset.
