It's so hard to grow a Crypto Startup. Especially when you're starting out from 0. You've got 0 profit. You've got 0 customers. You've got 0 users.
All you've got is a dream... get ready, set, go!
My belief is that you gotta find ways to drive in revenue. No matter how small. Revenue is oxygen for a business. When you're developing in crypto, it's 10x more important than traditional industries. Developing Web3 stuff is expensive.
So step 1). find a way to generate revenue. Whether it's from the crypto business itself or from some other form of business/work that you do. Always have a way to pay the bills and keep the lights on. This is an intense marketplace.

- Spend a ton of time in camera, interacting with the community, always chat on discord, ask and respond questions etc

- Build a community that will do your guidance job for you
- Build a community that cares for the product not the price
