Now that Elon has taken over Twitter, we're seeing some dramatic changes take shape. Twitter was once a slow moving, non-innovating ship.
They did what they needed to survive and scrape by but at the end of the day, they made little-to-no technological improvements under old leadership.
Elon is now coming in and shaking up everything. He's already added some long-requested features to Twitter including the most recent change which makes lists better to navigate for a more intuitive content segmentation process.
With Threads, we're aiming at the Crypto Twitter segment of Twitter. I think we have a real shot to build something incredible. Yes, it's more niche than Twitter itself in terms of platform but sometimes that's a great thing.
Look to the explosion of other platforms and see why having certain niche characteristics can actually spur growth as opposed to stunt it.
